Shipping & Returns


Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Vima offers credit to approved customers. To become an approved customer, please fill out and return our Credit Application. Our terms for approved customers are Net 30 days. For any payment due to Vima Décor but not received by Vima Décor by the due date, the account may be put on hold. The Purchaser is responsible for any and all costs of collection incurred by or on behalf of Vima Décor, as well as interest.


We use various methods and carriers to provide the fastest and most cost-effective shipping options for our customers. Small parcel orders will ship via UPS. Large orders will be palletized and shipped via LTL or delivery truck. Each individual order is subject to a shipping fee. Per-unit shipping is available for an additional fee.


Once an order is submitted, the order will ship within 1-4 business days, provided materials are in stock. A Vima representative will give you an estimated delivery date for any items not in stock. Back order items will be shipped once available. Custom orders require a 90-120 day lead time and will ship directly to the job site.


Vima offers a 30-day return policy for catalog items (i.e. normal stock inventory) that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Special Order Items and Direct Container Orders are non-refundable.

The purchaser must fill out and submit a Return Authorization Form for all returns or exchanges. Once approved by Vima, the purchaser is responsible for arranging the return of goods to our warehouse. After the goods are received in resalable condition, a Credit Memo will be issued for orders paid by check or ACH. If the order was paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement in 1-2 billing cycles.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Vima will only refund shipping charges if we shipped the wrong item, or if the item sent was deemed defective. 

Vima will replace or refund the price of products determined to be materially defective in workmanship for a period of 30-days from the date of delivery.

The purchaser has 3-business-days from the date of delivery to notify Vima of an incorrect product, incorrect quantity, or damage that occurred during shipment transit.


If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind, Vima tries to process orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
