Shipping & Returns

Returns/Exchanges

Vima Décor will replace or refund the price of products determined to be materially defective in workmanship or material for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Purchaser must fill out and return a Return Authorization Form for all returns and/or exchanges. Purchaser has three (3) days from the date of delivery to notify Vima Décor of an incorrect product, quantity or damage during shipment.

Terms of Sale

Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Vima offers credit to approved customers. To become an approved customer, please fill out and return our Credit Application. Our terms for approved customers are net 30 days. For any payment due to Vima Decor but not received by VimaDecor by the due date, Purchaser shall pay any and all costs of collection incurred by or on behalf of Vima Decor, as well as interest.

Shipping

Once an order is submitted, the order will ship within 2-5 business days, provided materials are in stock. Our sales representative will give you an estimated delivery date for any items not in stock. Backorder items will be shipped once available. Custom orders require a 60-90 day lead-time and will ship directly to the job site.

Cancellation

Orders accepted by Vima Decor may be canceled or deferred by Purchaser only with the express prior written consent of Vima Decor. Consent may be conditioned on the payment of a restocking charge and/or other charge determined by Vima Decor.

Minimum Order

For shipping purposes, a minimum order quantity may apply to select items.
