Question: How many items constitute a minimum order?
Answer: It depends on the item. Ask us about the items you want. We will be happy to provide you with all the information applicable to your specific order.
Question: How long does it take to ship and order?
Answer: Average total lead-time (production and shipping) for factory direct orders is 90 days. Warehouse orders can be delivered as quickly as 1 week as long as the quantity you need is in stock.
Question: When an order arrives, what is the process for receiving?
Answer: Clients must be prepared to unload container or truck with adequate personnel and holding facilities to which the items will be transferred. All shipments must be unloaded within a 2 hour window before being charged by transport company for extra time.
Question: Where will our items be shipped?
Answer: All items will be drop shipped to the customer’s specified location.
Question: What do we do if items arrive damaged?
Answer: Shipping containers are insured and damages are rare. However, because of lead times, we generally suggest that customers order extra items to avoid delay of installation in the event that some items arrive damaged.
